CENTRAL ELECTION COMMISSION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

In pursuance of Article 24 of the Federal Law «On the Election of Deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation» the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation resolves:
1. To establish the following forms of electoral documents for the conduct of the election of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the third convocation in a single-mandate and the federal electoral district:
protocol No. 1 of the precinct election commission on the voting returns in the electoral precinct for a single-mandate electoral district (Annex 1);
protocol No. 2 of the precinct election commission on the voting returns in the electoral precinct for the federal electoral district (Annex 2).
2. To instruct the election commissions of the Subjects of the Russian Federation together with the bodies of executive power of the Subjects of the Russian Federation to make arrangements for the production of blanks for protocol No. 1 of a precinct election commission according to the established form and for the delivery of these blanks to precinct election commissions.
3. To consider the question of production of blanks for protocol No. 2 of a precinct election commission according to the established form at a meeting of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation after approval of the text of the ballot for the federal electoral district.
4. To publish this Resolution in the Bulletin of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation .
