Draft
The Russian Federation recognizes a political plurality and a multi-party system. Proceeding from this the state shall ensure observance of the rights and legitimate interests of political parties and shall support their activity. The state shall guarantee the equality of political parties before the law regardless of the ideology, objectives, and tasks set forth in their constituent and program documents.
The contents of activity and the internal structure of a political party shall conform to the democratic principles.
